The site 2012love.ru is badly written. It does not give full terms and conditions of use of service and incurred costs for users. The log in and registration system does not give up front costs to register or allow interested customers ability to cancel signup process. There is no cancellation or refund option available. Prices in UKRAINE are approximately 4 UAH per SMS. totaling 12-15 UAH it would appear that at least x3 SMS are required to complete the signup process. this is not mentioned on the first page or what costs may be incurred on various Network Operators.
